Description
Brew master Teo Musso periodically decides to experiment with lactic bacteria to see how they affect the evolution of aromas and flavors in his beers. This time, he has picked Isaac. After Teo’s “treatment” it has become even more interesting and noteworthy.
Light golden yellow in color, opalescent with a medium-grained persistent head. It immediately releases pleasant scents of peach and apricot and subtle notes of spices. When sipped, the mouth is filled with light, yet persistent fruity flavors of apricot and peach, which perfectly blend with the delicate citrusy and lactic notes of this sour.
The subtle and lively carbonation makes for a surprisingly drinkable beer: perfect to be enjoyed as an aperitif.
