Description
Cannonau is one of the most widely-planted red grapes in Sardinia. It is the same grape variety as Grenache, but as is the case with most grapes, it expresses itself differently depending on where its cultivated.
Contini's 'Tonaghe' is very easy-going with lovely ripe plum and wild blackberry flavours. It matches well with grilled steak, aged cheeses or hearty fish dishes, and you can serve the wine slightly chilled.
