Scuola di Cucina, the Enoteca Sileno cooking school, was created to bring tasty and authentic Italian food to every kitchen.
Our spacious Terrace Room is the ideal setting for both hands-on classes featuring the staples pasta and gnocchi; and demonstration classes, full of tricks and techniques so your dishes turn out perfectly every time.
All classes are instructed by our dedicated and passionate Enoteca Vino Bar chefs. The calendar also features guest appearances by local and expert Italian home cooks and chefs.
