A Little snack taken before the meal to whet the tastebubs and stimulate the gastric juices. Thw wonderful world of Italian Antipasti.
In this session we will delve into the adundant world of Sott'aceto e Sott'olio preserved vegetables in vinegar and preserved vegetables in  oil.
