Sales Support Officer - Internal

Enoteca Sileno Wholesale Division

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a self-disciplined Internal Sales and Support Officer. Working from an existing database your focus will be on increasing revenue, actively sourcing and converting sales opportunities and provide ongoing support to sales agents in the field. You will bring along a personable and professional approach to every aspect and have previous experience in a similar role.

Based in our Brunswick facility, you will be communicating with clients via phone and email and at times face to face. Whilst providing exceptional customer service, you would also be working in collaboration with sales representatives by supporting them and their clients.

Some key responsibilities of this position include:

  • customer service,
  • sales support,
  • telesales,
  • addressing customer queries and complaints,
  • debtors and general administration duties as required.

  • Knowledge and experience in the import food & wine industry is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided
  • Knowledge of Italian language is beneficial
  • You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to relate to all stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office.  A knowledge of Excel would be advantageous
  • You must have a high level of ability to problem solve, the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Creative, able to 'think outside the box' and provide smart solutions to our internal and external customers
  • Someone who seeks out opportunity and wants to be involved in a fast growing company
