Description
Distilled from the pomace of Merlot grapes. The distillation process is carried out with traditional, manually-operated bain marie pot stills. The refinement of the distillate takes place over approximately 6 months.
This grappa is fresh and intense with perfumed dark berry essences and spiced undertones. The flavour is dry with a lengthy aftertaste.
