Description
Distilled from the pomace of Pinot Grigio grapes. The distillation process is carried out with traditional, manually-operated bain marie pot stills. The refinement of the distillate takes place over approximately 6 months.
This grappa is fresh and intense with hints of hay and white blossoms. The flavour is dry with a lengthy aftertaste.
