Description
The best grapes from the oldest vines are selected from the vineyards at both Monte Zoppega and Monte Tondo. The grapes are harvested in different periods, between the second half of September and the end of October, then they are put in cases and left to dry in special rooms for 5 months.
The wine has an intense nose of honey and dried fruits, with a touch of citrus. It has a balanced and full palate, with pronounced notes of honeyed white fruit, dried apricot and toasted almond.
