Description
A true ‘cru’ vineyard, the Maternigo (“Mother’s Land”) is located on the eastern edge of the Valpolicella zone between the communes of Tregnago and Mezzane di Sotto. After careful study, a team of agronomists and geologists determined the land to be particularly suited for growing varieties typical to Valpolicella. The vineyard adheres to organic production and the vines are continuously monitored as the fruit ripens. Careful selection of grapes creates a wine of great structure and concentration.
