The “cedro” (citron in English) is large citrus fruit with a thick pith that is used widely in Southern Italy in desserts and cakes. This drink gets its delicious citrus aroma and flavour from an infusion of Calabrian citron from Diamante. It is bright and refreshing with a hint of sugar sweetness and the lingering flavour of the citron fruit.
Description
After a long period of research and inspired by the tastes of their childhood, Baladin have created four Baladin soft drinks: Cedrata, Spuma Nera, Ginger and Cola. They are based on four original recipes that, for creator Teo Musso, symbolize four 'historical tastes' of an Italian childhood.
